Networking Meeting and Innovative Strategies for Diabetes Care

The Northern Diabetes Health Network held its 2004 Networking Session and "Innovative Strategies for Diabetes Care" Professional Development Event on May 14th and 15th at the Clevelands House Resort in Minett, Ontario.

Diabetes Educators representing 39 programs of the Network of Northern Ontario Diabetes Programs convened for the Networking meeting during which educators from NDHN member programs shared their knowledge, best practices and experiences.
 




The NDHN was pleased to extend an invitation to diabetes educators and providers in southern Ontario to attend the Professional Development Day which was a tremendous success with more than 100 health care educators from across the province in attendance.
